Do I have to go to the company doctor?

In order to stay within the Workers' Compensation system you need to see a doctor that accepts Workers' Compensation and -if the insurance company has a network- a doctor within the network of the respective insurance company.

​It is difficult to shop around just like it is in most insurance network cases, thus it is recommended that you should see a doctor as soon as possible and figure out the specifics afterwards.
